WIND TOWER IN/OUT SIDE SHOT BLAST MACHINE
- AIR BLAST has lower power efficiency than IMPELLER BLAST using centrifugal force and its cost is about 3 times higher than that of centrifugal blast when processing the wind tower. Because of this reason, we have only used AIR BLAST in wind tower processing in the past.
However, we have developed the automatic centrifugal blast machine for the first time in Korea maximizing the advantages of centrifugal blast, thus achieving equalization of product quality and reducing the production cost. (Our products are applied the patent)
- Processing Method: Inner and outer surfaces are processed by simultaneously by centrifugal projectors(impellers).
